Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

A refund for products or service is at the sole discretion of BioTechSupply Services. While BioTechSupply honors refunds on orders up to 3 calendar months (simply contact us at Info@BioTechSupply.com if longer is needed) no refunds will be given without prior contact or after four weeks of placing an order. Each request for a refund will be handled individually and researched thoroughly to reach a satisfactory result.

Beginning January 1st 2019 there will be a 20% ‘restocking fee’ placed on all requests for a refund.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping and any expedited shipping costs cannot be refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, any delays due to weather or slowdowns in the shipping process once a package has been delivered to a shipping company or intermediary. All shipping options are outlined in our FAQ.

PURCHASES MADE WITH PAYPAL

All purchases made via PayPal are subject to an additional 5% fee for refund requests. This is due to how PayPal handles all transactions and will be subtracted from the amount eligible for a refund, even if no services have been rendered or shipped.
